Project on the first post soviet generation, which during the short period of street freedom of expression organized demonstrations and social performances. The fact that young people brought up in a new country felt the possibility of street political statement is considered to be one of the main achievements of the post soviet Russia. The feeling of freedom took the form of a big number of public actions in Kaliningrad in 2002-2006 which didn't meet any resistance. Later the situation has changed dramatically, which is emphasized by the recent events in Russia.
